CAPS April Drop-in Sessions

April 24 – 28 Virtual Drop-in Sessions:     

This week’s CAPS virtual drop-in sessions are 30 minutes long and begin every half hour. A virtual waiting room has been set up for students as they wait for their session. If a group of friends would like to be seen together, they can also utilize an individual drop-in session.

Monday, April 24: 6 – 8:30 p.m.

Gabrielle Holder, LICSW/M.Ed. will be facilitating sessions during this time. Students can also email Ms. Holder at gabrielleholder.licsw@gmail.com to secure a time during her drop-in sessions.

Tuesday, April 25: 6:30 – 9 p.m.

Wednesday, April 26: 7 – 9 p.m.

April 24 – 28 In-Person CAPS Groups focused on grief, loss and coping:     

  • Tuesday, April 25: 2 – 3 p.m. with Ms. Minu Mathew, LCSW, LICSW
  • Thursday, April 27: 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. with Dr. Chao Song 

April 24 – 28 In-Person Drop-in Hours at CAPS:     

The drop-in sessions are individual sessions but if a group of friends would like to be seen together, they can also utilize the drop-in sessions.  All sessions will be conducted at CAPS. 

  • Tuesday, April 25: 1 – 2 p.m. / 3 – 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday, April 26: 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 2 – 4 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 27: 10 – 11 a.m. / 12 – 1 p.m. / 2 – 3 p.m.
