Make an Appointment by First Available
We have recently updated our online scheduling system. If you are interested in booking an appointment online, please first read the following instructions carefully and then click the Book an Appointment link below. Alternatively, you can call 202-687-2200 to book an appointment.
- Choose “continue as guest” or login to your Medstar account
- On the righthand side of the page, filter options by clicking distance “within 5 miles” and entering the zip code “20007” under location for Hilltop Campus and “20001” for Capitol Campus
Below is the usual weekly schedule of our providers. There might be slight variations to this schedule to accommodate vacations and other events.
- Please use this table as you further navigate our online scheduling system
- Please note: our filtering system shows the first available appointment regardless of location (including virtual appointments), therefore please view our provider’s usual schedules below.
- Once you’ve picked your location and day of the week on the providers page, you can sort through which provider is available
- First available will only be available to book at a particular location according to the usual schedule of the providers
- If you proceed through the scheduling system and do not see the available time, then it must not correspond with the provider being available at that location or format (e-visit)
- Please return to the main menu and choose another provider or location

- Click on “book appointment” and answer the questions provided
- Choose the appointment time
- Please note: some appointment types take longer than others (e.g., well women’s exams) which may cause the appointment times to change from what was previously shown on the main page as first appointment slot
- Enter your personal information and click “submit”
