Self-Care Resources
It’s important to have tools, strategies, and resources for taking care of yourself, especially as you might encounter stressful situations as you navigate your time on the Hilltop. Health Education Services and Active Minds at GU have created a comprehensive brochure that highlights self-care resources on Georgetown’s campus and in the community. All Georgetown community members are welcome to download, print, and circulate this pamphlet.

Please note: The most recent edition of the brochure will always be linked above, but it’s important to check back periodically for an updated file. Share this webpage when distributing the brochure, since sharing only the PDF or Box link may result in sharing an outdated pamphlet. The date of the most recent update is always listed at the bottom of this webpage as well as on the brochure.
To print:
- Select “Two-Sided, Flip on Short Edge.”
- Adjust “Scale” to 95% if needed. This will help the printed brochures be formatted properly for clean and easy folding.
