Alcohol & Drugs
Any Georgetown student can seek free, confidential, judgment-free help from Health Education Services if they have a concern about their own or a friend’s alcohol and drug use. HES can help concerned friends, members of the campus community, or family members regarding the impact of a student’s alcohol and/or other substance use.
These services are provided by Patrick Kilcarr, PhD. He helps to educate and counsel students regarding choices surrounding alcohol and drug use. His services include confidential individual, family, and group counseling sessions for students struggling with issues related to substance abuse, adult children of alcoholics, and stress management.
