Below are potential technical difficulties one may experience and quick fixes.
Solution 1: Double-check your internet connection. The online courses may freeze or run slower than normal if your connection is not strong enough. Log onto WiFi or move to an area that has a stronger connection.
Solution 2: Switch to a different browser. For example, if you are using Safari, try using Chrome or Internet Explorer.
Solution 3: Make sure your computer has the latest version of your internet browser.
PROBLEM: I started the course, but I had to close it before finishing. When I logged back on, some of my progress was not saved.
Solution: In order to get credit for taking the entire course, you will have to redo that section. To avoid this from happening again, complete each section you are working on by clicking “save” or “next.” That way, the course will save your current spot in the course.
