Technical Difficulties

Below are potential technical difficulties one may experience and quick fixes.

Solution 1: Double-check your internet connection. The online courses may freeze or run slower than normal if your connection is not strong enough. Log onto WiFi or move to an area that has a stronger connection.

Solution 2: Switch to a different browser. For example, if you are using Safari, try using Chrome or Internet Explorer.

Solution 3: Make sure your computer has the latest version of your internet browser.

Solution: In order to get credit for taking the entire course, you will have to redo that section. It is strongly encouraged that you complete each course in one sitting to avoid losing your progress. Some courses MAY save your progress if you close and reopen the course, but this depends on various factors including your computer settings. To be on the safe side and to avoid having to redo course modules, set aside enough time to complete each course in one sitting.
