Scheduling an appointment is highly encouraged, walk-ins may not be accommodated.

Need an immunization?

If you’re new to either of our clinics, please call to schedule an appointment or use the online scheduling system and select “Other new problem (Not listed)”.

If you have previously been seen at either of our clinics, please call to make an appointment on the Nurse’s Schedule for your vaccinations (an appointment with a provider is not necessary).

When scheduling your appointment, please refer to the table below to choose the most appropriate location for your visit.

If scheduling a telehealth appointment, please select the Hilltop Campus as the designated location.

If you cannot find an appointment online that meets your needs, there may be more availability by phone.

Also, same-day appointments are released at 12 AM on days that we are open– you may access these appointments online at 12 AM or by phone as soon as we open for the day.
